Reviewer: Brianna Murray
Angel Creek is a very interesting book that will appeal to all readers. It is lively, containing mystery, suspense, and romance. It tells of history from past times, yet is modern enough for the reader to understand. Dee is a great character. She shows that women can have independence at any time period. But, also, by the end of the novel she realizes that having a man is nice too. She can still provide for herself but be in love. This book is interesting for anybody who likes fiction or history. It gives a realistic look at the past while being fictional at the same time. There are a few more intimate scenes, so I would recommend it to older readers.
