User's Manual - TXT format Make sure you have Internet Explorer 5.5 or later installed. Always make sure you unpack your downloaded DAISY books before updating the bookshelf. VR Soft will not
recognize books that are not unpacked. For help downloading and installing the Unpack Tool, visit the
Download Tools page. Don't forget to update the bookshelf in the "open book" window to add new books to the bookshelf after
you have downloaded them. Always install VR Soft after the screen reader as the VR Soft installation adds some scripts or files
that help the screen reader work properly with VR Soft. If you must reinstall or even update your screen
reader, please reinstall VR Soft or copy the scripts files from the Victor Reader Soft folder to the
appropriate folder for your screen reader. For Windows 98 and JAWS users, it is known that "Say All" often stops. This is not related to the VR
Soft, so unfortunately it cannot be corrected by VisuAide. It works far better in later versions of Windows. Office 97 with SR2B is known to make the information window silent.
