At first this book starts out like so many romance novels, A desperate female, the dashing nobleman who saves her. However, nothing prepares the reader for the surprise awaiting him/her at the end. The author did a wonderful job of not giving anything away! I highly recommend this book even if it seems to drag at the beginning, stick with it; you'll be glad you did!
