Dogs are not often given enough credit for their incredible expressions of love, their amazing instincts that can save lives, and the simple joy they can bring to people's lives when they are feeling down. This book definitely gives dogs the credit they deserve. Reading this book has also deepened my love and appreciation for my guide dog, who has not only provided independence but companionship. Everyone should read this book, even people who are not dog lovers, because numerous stories in this book prove that dogs may make messes, or behave poorly sometimes, but the love and companionship they provide makes any behavior worth putting up with.
