I love Elizabeth Faulkner from the next iron chef TV shows. Her food looks so complex and tasty, the judges always love it. Unfortunately her home cooking is almost as complex! This cookbook is for the more skilled aspiring chef with easy access to specialty markets. However, I did learn how to coddle an egg :) Great pictures.
