A woman wakes up in the hospital with no memory as to who she is, where she is, and what happened prior to her regaining consciousness. The staff tell her that she has been in a terrible car accident. She begins to believe them when frightening events begin unfolding. Buried in her memory is the horrible initiation party for her then boyfriend. The ceremony got out of hand and her boyfriend was killed. Now, about 20 years later she is being haunted by dead ringers of the same men who had killed her boyfriend. She learns that the Soviet Union has employed these men to try and frighten her enough to cause the mental block to dissolve. She is rescued by a doctor and they flee, only to encounter their own dead ringers who intend to take their place in America. Will they survive long enough to alert special forces in America?
