This book is a thriller with lots of plot twists, exotic locales, and interesting information about the landscape under the ocean. The characters are drawn vividly, the descriptions are rich with detail, and the authors handle a complex plot smoothly. This book sparked my curiosity about how marine biology is helping to shape medicine today as well as providing an entertaining mystery.
