Manage Your Roster

Your Membership Roster, found on your "My Bookshare" page can be organized using different filters to easily find the students you support.

Quicklists make it easier for Sponsors on large accounts to manage the members they support. Quicklist members will also appear at the top of the list of Members from whom to choose during the download process, making it easier to find the right member(s). When a Sponsor adds new members, they will automatically be added to his/her Quicklist.


Adding district and school information for each student is especially helpful for large accounts that contain members from different districts and/or schools. To use these filter options you must first enter the information for new and existing members. Please be sure to enter school and/or district names consistently for effective filtering. You an also sort your roster by membership type and grade level. The Sponsor roster can also be sorted using these filters.

Increment Grade Level

Student's grade levels must be updated manually each year. You can edit a single member's grade level by selecting the edit (pencil) icon next to the member's name and changing the grade level in the "grade" drop down box or increment multiple members' grade levels simultaneously by selecting the checkbox next to some or all of the members' name whose grade level you wish to increment, then select the "Increment Grade Level" link from the "More Actions" drop down box.
