The ABCs of Bookshare for Educators - Manage Roster
Your Membership or Student Roster, found on your "My Bookshare" page can be organized using different filters to easily find the students you support.
Quicklists make it easier for Sponsors or Teachers on large accounts to manage the members they support. When a Sponsor adds new members, they will automatically be added to their Quicklist.
Sponsors can sort their member roster by school or district, membership type, and grade level. The Sponsor roster can also be sorted using these same filters.
Increment Grade Level
Students' grade levels must be updated manually each year. You can update a single member's grade level by selecting the edit (pencil) icon next to the member's name and changing the grade level in the "grade" drop down box. You can also update them all at once by selecting the check box at the top of the roster, then selecting "Increment Grade" under the "More Options" button at the bottom of the roster.
