Does Bookshare have an app for the Android?

Android users can access Bookshare content on-the-go using Go Read, our free, open source eBook reader directly integrated with Bookshare. Phones and tablets running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and above can download Go Read from the Google Play Store.

Built with accessibility in mind, Go Read supports voice navigation for visually impaired readers using Android’s built in “TalkBack” feature. Integrated text to speech with customizable voices allows readers to listen to eBooks after downloading them to their device. For more information please visit Go Read.

Darwin Reader is also available for Bookshare’s Android users and can be purchased directly from the Google Play Store.
