How do we change the Primary Contact on our account?
If the new Primary Contact is already registered as a Sponsor on the account:
Please contact the current Primary Contact to transition the title using the "Set to Primary Contact" button on the Sponsors page of the account.
If the new Primary Contact is not registered as a Sponsor:
- Register the new Primary Contact as a Sponsor on the account. This must be done by an existing Sponsor or Primary Contact.
- Contact the current Primary Contact to transition the title using the "Set to Primary Contact" button on the Sponsors page of the account.
If the current Primary Contact is unavailable or no longer employed at your school:
Please Request Help and request the Change of Organizational Primary Contact Authorization form. You’ll need to provide the new Primary Contact's name and contact information.
Important Tip: Before we can complete the necessary changes on the account, we’ll need to verify the new Primary Contact’s employment with a supervisor or other authorized staff person who can sign and complete the requested form. Please return the completed form by email as a scanned attachment to: email@example.com
