How does a Sponsor renew a student's Individual Membership?
Sponsors can now renew a student's individual membership by first logging into their account, then:
- Select the Members link
- Select the Renew link found under the member's Membership column. Note: this link will only appear close to the time their membership is set to expire or has expired.
- Complete the prompts to update the student's information
Additionally if a sponsor has several students requiring a simple grade increment, placing check marks next to the students' names and selecting "Increment Grade" at the bottom of the roster will also renew any accounts requiring renewal.
