How do I submit my NLS information as Proof of Disability?

Members of the National Library Services (NLS) can use that membership for their Proof of Disability during the Sign Up Process.

1. Log into your Bookshare Account
2. On your My Bookshare Page, select Upgrade Today
3. Confirm you have a disability
4. Select National Library Service
5. Complete the online NLS Verification form
6. You will receive an email when your NLS membership is verified.
