Something has happened to the residents of Moonlight Cove. During the day they struggle to pass for human, but at night they become mindless beasts. Sam has arrived in Moonlight Cove as an undercover agent for the FBI. Soon he gets together with a woman and a little girl who have escaped the horrid monsters. They are joined by a wheelchair-bound man named Harry Talbot. They devise a plan to stop the mad scientist who had transformed the residents of the cove and restore peace. Will they be successful?
