Searching for Hindi, Tamil, Marathi or other Indian-language books

Bookshare has books in a number of Indian languages, including Hindi, Marathi, and Tamil from Sahitya Akademi, New Horizon Media and other publishers. To locate a book in a particular language, use the Advanced Search link (available in the header on all pages), and select Hindi, Tamil or your language of choice in the language preference drop down menu. You can also add more search criteria like category or a keyword to further refine the search results.

You can also do a quick search field located in the header, by typing in a keyword for the title or author, or an ISBN. The search results can be further filtered to display just a single language at a time, and/or can be refined to select applicable categories.
