How do I increment student grade levels?

You can update the grade level for one member at a time by selecting the edit link (the pencil icon) next to a member’s name and change the grade level in the “grade” drop-down box. You can update the grade level for all members at once by selecting the “select all” checkbox at the top of the roster. Select “Increment Grade” under the “More Options” button at the bottom of the roster.

Once the grade level has been incremented, allow a few minutes for the changes to take effect, especially if the change applies to many members. If you apply the change too many times, the grade level will increment multiple times for all members.

It is important to know that there is not currently an option to decrement grade level for all members at once. The grade level must be manually corrected for each member.
