- Synopsis
- [from the back cover] "Twelve-year-old Tiffin's happy home life starts falling apart around the time Daddy surprises Mom with a smoked salmon for her birthday and a microwave for Mother's Day. The next thing you know, Daddy is being asked to leave home, and Tiffin is being shipped off to camp. Camp Chucalubup turns out to be the wackiest place in the world! The cook is rumored to be poisoning the food, the counselor gets her fun out of booby-trapping the cabin, and even Tiffin's horse is crazy. Worst of all, Mom is renting a place on camp property...and so is her new boyfriend! Daddy ends up camping out in a nearby tree house! But somehow Mom and Dad find time to hold hands in the moonlight. And now it looks like a crazy Camp Chucalucup vacation may be just what Tiffin's family needed to get them back to normal!
