Since I read this book for the first time it's pushed toward the top of my list for favorite books. It's given me chills even made me a bit paranoid at points. It's a great memorable book. I love Danny and just the characters and the strength of them in general as they deal with the hauntings of the Overlook. It helped make the movie make more sense too.
