Game Of Pretend is a Christian based book that makes every reader assess the characters as well as their own lives. It is a fairly short read and is interesting from cover to cover. Each character has a believable personality and is relatable. Preston is the strongest character. At the start of the novel he only cares for himself and does not have a belief in God. By the end of the book he cares for his new wife and God even more. He develops incredibly as a character. This book would be interesting for anybody. It encourages a person to value their elders and their church.
