- Synopsis
- Seventeen students, friends and colleagues of C. S. Lewis offer their personal memories of Lewis as a teacher, scholar, writer and Christian apologist. The volume includes pieces by Lewis' godson, Lawrence Harwood, a transcript of an interview with Owen Barfield, who played an important role in Lewis' shift from atheism to Christianity, and a previously unpublished sketch of Lewis by Mary Shelley Neylan. The appendix includes an article from a science fiction fan magazine that transcribes a conversation between Lewis, Kingsley Amis and Brian Aldiss.
