- Synopsis
- Neil Hersey has found that his promising career as a lawyer has hit a snag. He turns to a friend who has a little island off the coast of Mane where he hopes to find some piece away from everyone and figure out the answer to his problems. Deirdre Joyce has suffered an injury that not only hurts her sense of pride but lays her open to the demands of her family. She just needs time to think about how this injury will determine the future. She calls her friend who has a little Mane getaway on an island totally away from everyone no phone to ring and no way for any of her family to continue to pressure her to help the family business. Unknown to both, Deirdre and Neil, their friend thinks that they need each other more than solitude. With a little help from a Lobsterman She succeeds in stranding both on the secluded island. Nothing barring serious injury will get them back to the mainland before their two weeks are up.
