- Synopsis
 - Sometimes Enie felt she had to get away from the pressures of the world. She would escape to a private sanctuary under some willows down by the stream. Here she would savor the quiet and peace as she re-read her favorite books or wrote her own stories. Enie rebelled against the narrowness of the life her family led on a few acres of farmland in Alabama. She longed to break away from her prison of poverty and ignorance and to seek wider horizons.
