Synopsis: Coaching: Consists of the guidance that an external professional (coach) gives to a manager to improve their skills, that is, make them much more effective in their performance. The importance of the speaker in the radio communication is definitive, and his verbal, fundamental self-confidence. His job is to seduce the listener by helping his personality and his ability to communicate. You must get the attention of the listener and, above all, their trust. Your VOICE in this sense plays a fundamental and outstanding role.
