- Synopsis
- Perhaps you have heard it said that the paradise of God is right here in the midst of you? And yet, when you consider the conflict and problems of life, it doesn't seem anything like a paradise. Why not? The answer to this all-important question is discovered by a [fictional] messianic Rabbi who goes on sabbatical for one year, with no intention other than to draw on his past knowledge to write a book. Instead, quite unexpectedly, he undergoes a transformative, spiritual awakening when he begins to ask one simple question: Who am I? The iPath interjects ancient wisdom into the context of modern, 21st century life. It holds the secret of being transformed by the renewal of your mind, to become conscious of a world that is otherwise hidden and unseen, but always in the midst of us. Learn to live in the nexus between heaven and earth, as you begin the infinite journey on the iPath." Even though the Rabbi in the story is fictional, the story is semi-autobiographical. In this book, the author explains how he gathered his material for his previous book, One God, and about his spiritual transformation from a messianic Rabbi who knew about God to one who gained a deeper experiential reality of God. The author emphasizes that his transformation is in agreement with his interpretation of Biblical scripture. On the surface level, he seems to be expounding New Age philosophy. However, he states several times that he is not God but seeks to become conscious of the God who abides with him which is a traditional Messianic-Jewish or Christian concept.
