Well, the secret is still a secret. I read the whole book. If there is a secret strength of depression, it escapes me. I understand what the reviewers say is the secret because I read the book description. When I read the book, however, what the author said just didn't fit what the reviewers said about this supposedly important book. If you get value out of reading it, it is more than I got. of the books I have read on depression, this is one of the least useful. If you are depressed, I doubt much in this book will help you. If you are a friend or family member of a depressed person, I again doubt you will find much here.
