As an O.&M. instructor, I found this book exciting. Mr. Cutter's promotion model is refreshing to hear in our field. Though I work with adults I am beginning to see how his bottom up principle can be applied to adults with cognative and learning disabilities. I like the idea of expecting success. He makes it clear that blindness isn't the problem, only the working condition that defines the necessary tools.
