this book by dean koontz focuses on what would us humans talk about and have to experiance. this, is a good concept. however, the frequent change from scene to scene are a little irratating. if he were to stick to one group; of main charqacters rather than 2, then the book would be better. not to mention. he realy focuses on the dawning question of "what will we do if he had an inteligant dog. what will we talk about?" which makes this an interesting read. despite the minor scene changes, this heart touching story aboutr a loveable dog with a high intelect will leave you, laughing, crying, and turning pages nonstop. you will not put this book down.
