Synopsis: Years ago, in a war-torn jungle, foreign correspondent Timothy Colt lost his love. This morning, in a posh Manhattan hotel, he lost his life. John Wells, ace crime reporter, was the only witness. Now he, too, is marked for death. In a lethal contest between one professional and another, the killer stalks Wells through the turbulent streets of Manhattan.
