Synopsis: Before Prudence realized what was happening, Flynt's mouth was pressing warmly upon hers. She told herself that she should push him away, but the will was not there. Knowing that tomorrow they could die in this savage land, her body ached for his embrace. When she did not fight him, his arms closed around her, drawing her tightly to him. "I promise you," he said gruffly, kissing her ear and then her hair, "that I will get you out of this safely."
