A young woman thought by most to be retarded is in fact only able to see the magic that is in the world and she talks of it not realizing others do not see as she does. When one of her magical friends is killed by a weapon of the dark she is able to ask an agent of the light to come help in the fight that is coming.They find others to join the fight and face the darkness as best they can. Made strong more by love trust and friendship then anything else they can not fail.
