- Synopsis
- In 2000, the Federal Facilities Council, a cooperative association of 21 federal agencies responsible for large inventories of buildings, funded a study to look at the practice of post-occupancy evaluation (POE) programs in federal agencies and in private, public, and academic organizations in the US and abroad. This report on that study identifies successful POEs, looking at methods used for data collection, costs and benefits, and performance measures. There is no subject index.
