- Synopsis
- Short pieces describe the lives of Lazy LaRue and Pubah S. Queen as they live on their "fixer-upper" riverboat on a Portland river. The stories are definitely placed in Portland in the mid-80s, yet are timeless. There are multiple line drawing illustrations (described and captioned), which are of a very childlike style. This could easily be a "chapter book" bedtime story for people of any age.
