Synopsis: This book is a curriculum that is essentially an easy-to-follow educational instruction manual. It is a ready-made simulation program that any instructor, whether they are a physician in training or in practice, can read and execute. It is designed so that an instructor can select a topic, open that chapter, and with appropriate simulation equipment and staff, run an entire simulation scenario from start to finish.
