- Synopsis
- Farah Fratta woke in the early hours of the morning to find a man in a black ski mask standing over her. She let out a piercing shriek and sat up, waking her young son who was sleeping next to her. "I've come to talk about Bob," the intruder said. He was holding a small black object and carrying a bottle of Tequila. Her scream had wakened her two other small children and they ran into the center of the room crying. "Whatever you are going to do, please don't do it in front of my children," the terrified mother sobbed. The man pushed the children out of the bedroom and closed the door. He ordered Farah to turn over, then jerked down her nightgown and jabbed a black stun gun against her bare skin. She screamed in intense pain. The stun gun jabbed her throat, searing it with an electrical charge. Farah screamed again as the smell of scorched skin filled the room. This true crime book tells the story of Farah Frata's gruesome murder and the complex web of people and events that led to it.
