Everyone has the ability to read. Some students just need more support. With Bookshare ebooks, teachers can empower students with accommodations that make reading not only easy, but fun.

Reading Made Easier

Traditional books and ebooks don’t work for students who struggle to decode, to see words on a page, or to hold books and turn pages. Bookshare lets students read in ways that work for them with ebooks in audio, audio + highlighted text, large font, and braille.

Launch into Learning this Back to School

With schools reopening, kids and teachers are excited to be back in the classroom and connect with one another. We’ve created easy-to-use resources to help educators who support students with learning differences to launch into learning this school year. Get the resources.

Reducing Reading Gaps

Struggling readers in communities of color or lower incomes experience persistent reading gaps with peers. COVID-19 has accentuated these gaps. With Bookshare, teachers, librarians, and parent liaisons are using Bookshare at under resourced schools and at student’s homes to reverse reading gaps.
