How do I sign up for an individual membership?

Individual Membership

This account type is for adults with qualifying disabiliteis or for parents to sign up their child with a qualifying disability.

1. Go to the www.Bookshare.org and select the “Sign Up" button.
2. Select "Sign Up Individual" button.
3. Complete all of the required fields. Note: Parents please enter your child's name.
4. A welcome email will be sent to confirm your account submission.
5. Submit your proof of disability form. 
6. Activate your subscription. If member is not a student, pay membership fee.

Discounts or free memberships may be available through our domestic and international membership partners. Residents of World Bank designated low income economies are eligible for free membership.
