How do I submit my Learning Ally information as Proof of Disability?

There are several methods for providing Proof of Disability when completing an Individual Membership for Bookshare.
Learning Ally (Formerly RFB&D) members:
Select My Account, then select the Submit POD link, and complete the online Learning Ally Disability Verification form.
