How do I submit my NLS information as Proof of Disability?

There are several methods for providing Proof of Disability when completing an Individual Membership for Bookshare.   

For National Library Service (NLS) patrons:

Select My Account, then select the Submit POD link, and complete the online Disability Verification Request form.

*Please note, it may take up to 2–4 business days for us to complete the verification.
