Student Transitions to New Grades and Schools (Elementary, Middle, High School)

Do you have a student(s) transitioning to middle school or high school? Perhaps they are moving to a school in a different district? Here is what you can do to help ensure that they don’t lose access to Bookshare as they transition through their school journey.

  1. Give students an Individual Membership so they can access books on their own.
  2. Contact the student’s parents to make sure they know to request Bookshare at the new school. You can download our parent letter template here.
  3. Contact Bookshare to find out if there is an existing account at the new school. We can help facilitate getting student added to new account.
