- Log into your Bookshare account
- On your “My Bookshare”page select the “My Documents (beta)” link.
- Upload a document from your computer or Google Drive for conversion. Bookshare Plus AI converts the document into an accessible EPUB.
- Uplad PDF or image files
- Upload files up to 200 pages or 20 MB in size.
- When processing is complete, a pop up announces the conversion has been successful, and the options to Read Online appear.
- Select the Read Online button to open the document in Bookshare Reader.
- Use the settings (gear icon) button to adjust the audio, text, and color and contrast.
- Tip: Under Audio, be sure to select Voice Image Descriptions if you wish to hear a description of the pictures read aloud.
