When you go to sign up for Bookshare, you’ll be asked “Who are you creating a Bookshare account for?” with three options:
- Myself — choose this if you are the person who will be reading Bookshare books and you are 18 or older.
- My child — choose this if you are a parent or guardian signing up a child to read Bookshare books.
- My class / organization — choose this if you’re a teacher, assistive technology specialist, TVI, or any other school or district personnel; or if you work at an organization that serves people with qualifying disabilities.
