by Thomas EckerAus Sicht des Gesetzgebers ging es bei der Neuordnung des Arzneimittelmarktes in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (AMNOG) darum, den Versicherten die bestmögliche medizinische Versorgung zu ermöglichen, dabei aber die finanzielle Belastung für die Krankenkassen zu regulieren. In diesem Sinne sollen sich die Preise für Arzneimittel an deren (Zusatz-)Nutzen für Patienten orientieren. Der Verhandlung des Erstattungsbetrags zwischen pharmazeutischen Unternehmen und dem Spitzenverband Bund der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen (GKV-SV) geht daher die frühe Nutzenbewertung durch den Gemeinsamen Bundesausschuss (G-BA) voraus. Grundlage hierfür ist das Nutzendossier, das vom pharmazeutischen Unternehmen zu erstellen ist.
