Para se tornar um vegano, a fórmula é bastante simples. Tudo que você precisa fazer é eliminar produtos de origem animal e você está pronto. Simples, sim. Fácil? NÃO! Neste livro eu mostrarei algumas dicas simples para mudar a sua mentalidade e entrar no modo de vida vegano. Eu também irei mostrar algumas dicas sobre o que comer e por onde começar com um planejamento alimentar. É apenas o básico e algo que vai te ajudar no começo. Preste atenção por favor, que este livreto se concentra no aspecto dos alimentos para se tornar um vegano. Existem muitos produtos de origem animal lá fora que muitos veganos querem eliminar, mas eu quero que se concentre na parte dos alimentos que são os mais difíceis de eliminar. Além disso, em relação aos outros produtos, eu poderia dizer "não comprem isso".
