by Dubai Police Academyإذا كنا عالجنا في بحثنا السَّابق بعنوان "ماهية الطَّعن بالتماس إعادة النَّظر وبيان حالاته وفقاً لقانون الإجراءات المدنية" كلاً من الأحكام القابلة للطعن عليها بالتماس إعادة النَّظر وحالاته الواردة على سبيل الحصر( )، فإنِّ بحثنا الحالي الذي هو بعنوان النِّظام الإجرائي للطعن بالتماس إعادة النَّظر سوف يعرض - بمشيئة الله تعالى- لكلّ من المحكمة المختصة بنظر الالتماس، ميعاد الطّعن بالالتماس، إجراءات رفع الطّعن وآثاره، نظر الالتماس والفصل فيه، وأخيراً لبيان مدى إمكانية الاعتراض على الحكم الصّادر في الالتماس
