I recently submitted my paperwork. Have you received it?

For all submitted forms please allow two business days for processing. If you do not receive email notification log in to your Bookshare account and locate the account status banner on the My Bookshare page or My Account page to verify the form has been processed.   

If your forms have not yet been processed after two business days, please re-submit them to the membership team, often faxes are received in unreadable formats that prevent us from processing or notifying those who submitted them.  

For the best experience please scan, or take a picture of the forms with a camera phone and email them to membership@bookshare.org.  You will be provided with a case number to track the case, from your My Requests page.
